Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on instances of change of mind, ordered wrong size or anything similar. Faulty items will be exchanged for new item as accordance to law.

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE on change of mind items or wrong size

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must have all tags attached.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Return costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage.
Please note, for hygiene reasons Caps are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Please double check sizing before purchasing or contact our team.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at stalleequestrian@gmail.com. Please note, If your items are accepted, we will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds ( if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
